My story

I am a fitness and wellbeing professional with over a decade of experience spanning higher education, health behaviour change, workplace wellbeing, and community fitness. As the founder of Resilience Fitness + Wellbeing, I specialise in empowering individuals and organisations to cultivate resilience through evidence-based physical activity and lifestyle strategies.

With a unique blend of academic insight and real-world application, I aim to bridge research, education, and practice to improve health, resilience, and wellbeing at the individual and population level.

Health Coaching & Behaviour Change

UKIHCA-qualified Health Coach and Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) with expertise in supporting sustainable lifestyle change through personalised coaching and organisational interventions.

Fitness Instruction & Personal Training
